MNTN is seeking an experienced email designer to overhaul its library of marketing emails. You will redesign 15 templates in 2–3 weeks, focusing on performance, usability, and brand consistency, then sustain a rhythm of 1–2 high-quality email designs each week.

Applicants must have 5+ years in marketing email design with a portfolio centered on email design, strong Figma skills, and a deep understanding of email client constraints and deliverability.

Contract Details

• Initial design exercise as part of the selection process
• 3-month contract to start, with potential for extension
• Phase 1: Redesign approximately 15 existing email templates over a 2–3 week period
• Phase 2: Ongoing support designing 1–2 marketing emails per week

• Deliver organized, developer-friendly Figma files that are production-ready.
