Spring Health seeks a Part-Time Mental Health Therapist (German Speaking) to join a hybrid provider network in Germany. You will deliver therapy to adults, with potential minor care duties, using an AI-enabled platform that emphasizes outcomes and evidence-based care.

Candidates must be licensed in Germany with at least 3 years of independent clinical experience, comfortable with tele-health, and able to work in German with optional English onboarding.

• German language fluency with ability to work in a clinical setting.
• Conversational English; onboarding in English where needed.
• Eligible for minor-care role if applicable (experience with minors).

• Provide counseling to adults via in-person, tele-health, and online platforms.
• Treat minors (age 7 and under) if qualified for Minor Care role.
• Maintain availability calendar and complete session documentation promptly.
• Use evidence-based modalities (CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT, CPT) tailored to clients.
• Collaborate with provider support and care navigation teams for client care.
• Offer culturally competent care and uphold diversity and inclusion values.

Part-Time Mental Health Therapist-Hybrid (German Speaking )(Minor Care Specialization)

We are seeking qualified, part-time internationally licensed psychotherapists to join our provider network and deliver care with a tech-enabled, AI/machine-learning platform that puts patient outcomes first.

What You'll Do

• Provide counseling to clients with benefits ranging from short-term goal-focused EAP, to employer health plans allowing as many sessions as medically necessary.
• Treat adults who have completed brief, evidence-based online screenings identifying their symptoms and areas of concern.
• Preferably, also be open to treating additional populations such as children, adolescents, couples, or families.
• Maintain a calendar displaying your availability and complete session documentation in a timely manner within our scheduling system.
• Use evidence-based treatment modalities and interventions that are tailored to your client’s needs.
• Collaborate with our dedicated provider support team, our licensed clinical care navigation team, and our administrative care support team whenever you need assistance.
• Provide culturally competent and empathetic care, upholding our values of diversity and inclusion for all races, ethnicities, and genders.

Who you are

• You are properly qualified (licensed, if applicable) to practice counseling (as a: Psychologist, Psychotherapist, Clinical Psychologist, Social Worker, etc.) in Germany. We are not able to accept applications from anyone requiring clinical supervision.
• You maintain active professional liability insurance at market rates in your approved jurisdiction (country of licensure).
• English proficiency requirement: It is required that all global providers speak English at a conversational level and are able to complete a clinical interview and our onboarding process in English. It is not required that all global providers offer therapy sessions in English
• If Minor Care Role: You are qualified to and have previous experience treating minors (age 7 and below)
• You are comfortable offering therapy sessions in German.
• You have a minimum of 3 years of independent clinical experience.
• You have access to a computer or laptop, are comfortable with technology, and are tele-health competent.
• You are available to offer some amount of monthly in-person availability for Spring Health members in Schwerte.
• You have training and experience in evidence-based modalities of care such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT, CPT.
• You are comfortable with providing safety planning and intervention during situations where a client might present with higher risks.
• You are committed to quality clinical care and want to expand your capabilities and increase your effectiveness by being informed of client progress or challenges.
• You like working independently, but would also enjoy having the support of a team and opportunities for connections and collaboration with other providers and our master’s level clinical care navigators.
