Jobtailor is seeking a contract professional to independently draft, review, and negotiate customer, supplier, and service contracts in German and English. The role ensures consistent standards in line with policies and risk strategy, while supporting international Agri-PV and EPC projects.

Responsibilities include managing claims, developing templates, and maintaining the contract management system. Strong German and English, plus structured, precise work style, are essential.

Responsibilities

• Independently draft, review and negotiate customer, supplier and service contracts in German and English
• Ensure consistent contract standards in line with internal policies and our risk strategy
• Support international projects with a focus on Agri‑PV and EPC-related project structures
• Manage claims and contract disputes in close coordination with our Head of Legal
• Contribute to the development of contract templates, checklists and standard processes
• Manage and maintain the digital contract management system, including deadline and milestone tracking
• Coordinate NDAs, supplier contracts and service level agreements with internal departments
• Support compliance and corporate initiatives
• Provide regular reporting on status, risks and required actions

Requirements

• Degree in law or business law (LL.B. / LL.M.)
• Several years of professional experience in contract management, commercial law or a comparable business‑oriented role
• Practical experience handling commercial contracts (e.g., customer, supplier or project contracts)
• Ability to assess contract content from both legal and commercial perspectives and to implement solutions in a structured and pragmatic manner
• Negotiation‑level German (especially for contract‑related matters) and fluent English for collaboration in international project teams
• Structured, precise and solution‑oriented working style with high quality standards, plus strong documentation and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple topics in parallel, set priorities and deliver reliable results under time pressure
• High degree of personal responsibility, self‑organization and reliability within clearly defined areas of responsibility
