Zusammenfassung

AVENTA, a leading international cable manufacturer, seeks a Contract Manager to safeguard contractual positions across EPC projects in Europe, including HVDC and HVAC initiatives.

You will work with Project Directors, Procurement, Legal and Finance to manage change, claims and compliance, with fluent German and English mandatory; Italian is a plus. The role offers hybrid work with travel to project sites across Europe.

Qualifikationen

• 3 to 5 years' experience in contract management or equivalent project-driven roles.
• Track record in EPC contract negotiation, amendments, claims and change management.
• Working knowledge of FIDIC and/or NEC contract suites.
• Experience in energy, infrastructure or construction (HVDC/HVAC/submarine cable a strong plus).
• Fluent German and English (mandatory). Italian a plus.

• Lead change orders, claims, back charges and penalty-related matters end-to-end.

The opportunity

Join the Transmission Business Unit of a leading international cable manufacturer delivering complex HVDC and HVAC EPC projects across Europe. The portfolio covers grid interconnection, offshore wind export systems and major utility programmes with multi-hundred-million euro contract values and tight delivery timelines. As Contract Manager, you will safeguard the company's contractual position throughout the project lifecycle, working closely with Project Directors, Procurement, Legal and Finance to manage change, claims and compliance across an active portfolio.

What you will do

• Manage EPC contracts through execution and warranty phases (amendments, variations, renewals)


• Lead change orders, claims, back charges and penalty-related matters end-to-end
