Westwing Group AG is seeking a Content Creator Social Media to craft original concepts for campaigns, events and product launches. You will film, edit and publish social-first content for Instagram, TikTok and new platforms, shaping a distinctive Westwing voice on camera and in editing.

You will collaborate with Social Media, Brand, Marketing and Creative Production teams to capture live moments, align with brand voice, and stay ahead of platform trends.

JOIN OUR TEAM

As a Content Creator Social Media you turn products, campaigns and live moments into content people genuinely want to watch, share and remember. In this role, you will shape how Westwing shows up on Instagram, TikTok and emerging social platforms. You will develop original concepts, create strong storylines, capture events and product moments, and bring ideas to life from the first spark through filming and editing. You will work closely with Social Media, Brand, Marketing and Creative Production to build a distinctive Westwing voice that feels current, emotional and culturally relevant. This position is limited to 1 year and based in Munich.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Create original social-first concepts for campaigns, products, launches and events by turning ideas into compelling storylines, formats, and visual narratives


• Confidently present, speak and perform on camera, with experience in moderating interviews, conversations and social formats


• Film and edit engaging video content for Instagram, TikTok, and emerging social platforms from first concept to final cut


• Use sound, music, pacing, text and effects to capture live moments and transform them into emotional, shareable stories


• Spot cultural shifts and platform trends before they become mainstream


• Explore AI tools to make ideation, production and editing smarter and more efficient

YOU COME WITH

• 3+ years of proven experience in Social Media content creation, Marketing, PR or similar fields


• Strong creative instinct and deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok and digital culture and experience in video production


• Solid editing skills and an excellent sense of rhythm, sound and timing with the a bility to create trends rath er than simply copy them


• Strong storytelling skills and a feel for emotion, aesthetics and audience behaviour as well as strategic understanding of brand voice and platform-specific communication


• Collaborative mindset and confidence working across different teams


• Excellent written and spoken English; German is a plus
