persona service AG & Co. KG in Edling is seeking a design mechanic (m/f/d) for a temporary placement with the option of a permanent role. You will perform MIG/MAG welding on assemblies and execute sheet metal work with precision.

You will read and interpret technical drawings, support the team in preparing complex workpieces, and document procedures at each quality inspection step. A valid German work permit and several years of welding experience are required.

Qualifikationen

• Multiple years of reliable MIG/MAG welding experience.

• You will be responsible for carrying out challenging MIG and MAG welding work on assemblies in your assigned area
• You will also be responsible for the professional execution of all necessary tasks involved in all specified sheet metal working processes
• You will also actively support the team in carrying out extremely precise preparations for complex workpieces
• The alignment and precise finishing of completed weld seams are also part of your regular daily duties
• Furthermore, you will document all relevant procedures precisely in accordance with specifications at every stage of the quality inspection
• Finally, you will play a reliable part in the continuous optimisation of internal manufacturing processes throughout the regulated day shift

• You have successfully completed an apprenticeship as a design fitter (m/f/d), metal fabricator (m/f/d) or plant mechanic (m/f/d)
• you also have several years’ reliable practical professional experience in the field of MIG and MAG welding
• You also excel at accurately interpreting and independently implementing technical drawings and production plans
• You have good to very good written and spoken German skills to ensure smooth communication
• You also impress with a precise and quality-conscious approach to your work and a strong ability to work as part of a team
