Zusammenfassung

Northwestern Medicine is seeking a Health Information Management coder to abstract and code physician services and diagnosis codes. This role will assign CPT and ICD9 codes and complete billing worksheets, ensuring charges are captured through reconciliations.

Required certifications RHIA/RHIT/CPC/CCS and 0–2 years of relevant experience; preferred Bachelor’s or Associate’s in Health Information Management with physician coding exposure. Tuition reimbursement and 401(k) benefits included.
