What will you do?

• Welcome guests, take coats, put a ticket on a hanger, and give a corresponding ticket to guest
• Return coats to guests upon receipt of the ticket and verifies with a ticket on the hanger
• Provide excellent guest service including handling guest relations and minor guest disputes

More about you

• Must be at least 18 years' old
• No high school diploma or GED required
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a state gaming license
• Customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication skills with the ability to deal with guest complaints while maintaining the guest's goodwill

Physical requirements

• Ability to lift or carry 50 pounds
• Ability to stand 100% of the time
• Exposure to high volume noise
