Zusammenfassung

ALTATEC GmbH sucht eine(n) CNC-Fachkraft zur Analyse, Entwicklung und Optimierung von Produktionsprozessen und Technologien. Sie programmieren eigenständig CNC- und CAD/CAM-Systeme (Fanuc/SolidCAM) und richten CNC-Drehautomaten für Entwicklungsteile ein.

Sie arbeiten an Prozessparametern, erstellen Standards und unterstützen bei Produktentwicklungsprojekten. Eine saubere Dokumentation der Programme, Werkstücke und Anlagen gehört ebenfalls dazu.

Qualifikationen

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Zerspanungsbereich bzw. gleichwertige Qualifikation.
• Zusatzqualifikation (Techniker/Produktionstechnologe) von Vorteil.
• Fundierte Kenntnisse in Langdrehtechnik und Messmitteln.

Aufgaben

• Analyse, Entwicklung und Optimierung von CNC-Produktionsprozessen und Technologien.
• Selbständiges CNC- und CAD/CAM-Programmieren (Fanuc/SolidCAM).

Ihre Aufgaben:

Analyse, Entwicklung und Optimierung von neuen sowie bestehenden CNC-Produktionsprozessen und Technologien Selbständiges CNC- & CAD/CAM-Programmieren (Fanuc / SolidCAM) neuer Produkte Einrichten der CNC-Drehautomaten zur Fertigung von Entwicklungsteilen sowie Mustern Ermittlung von optimalen Prozessparametern und Schaffen von Standards Mitarbeit bei Produktentwicklungsprojekten Bewertung und Abklärung von technischen Zeichnungen bzgl. Machbarkeit Erstellung der Dokumentation zu den CNC-Programmen, Werkstücke und Anlagen Support der CNC-Fertigung

Ihr Profil:

Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Zerspanungsmechaniker (m/w/d), CNC-Fachkraft (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation sowie einer Zusatzqualifikation, bspw. zum Techniker oder Produktionstechnologen (m/w/d) Sie bringen Expertenwissen im Bereich der Zerspanungstechnik, idealerweise der Langdrehtechnik mit und haben fundierte Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Mess- und Prüfmitteln, Fertigungs-Statistik sowie der Auswahl von Fertigungstechnologien Mehrjährige Erfahrung im CNC-Programmieren sowie Einrichten von CNC-Drehautomaten, idealerweise Langdrehern der Steuerung Fanuc sind von Vorteil Ihre selbständige, gewissenhafte und innovative Arbeitsweise sowie Ihr Qualitätsbewusstsein bringen Sie in unserem kooperativen Team mit ein Auch in Stress-Situationen verlieren Sie nicht den Überblick
