Jobbeschreibung

As a strategic business partner, The Adecco Group’s (TAG) global Legal & Compliance department supports the business with a customer‑centred and solution‑oriented mindset, appropriately and efficiently managing legal & compliance risks. The Global Legal Operations team bundles Group Legal’s operational & innovation activities with the aim to continuously optimise Group Legal’s Target Operating Model and service delivery around the key drivers and challenges of the business.

As part of the corporate digital strategy, Group Legal and Group IT & Digital are implementing a global Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system as a single source of truth for contracting.

The role ‘CLM Data & Quality Manager’ reports to the CLM Global Process Owner and is responsible for the administration of the legal and business content in the CLM system. The role is accountable for the integrity, usability, and strategic value of data and content within the CLM platform. The role serves as a key steward of contract data, metadata, and system configuration, ensuring the CLM platform delivers accurate insights, operational efficiency, and a high‑quality user experience across the organisation.

What you’ll be doing
  • Makes CLM system content (e.g. contract templates, clauses, negotiation playbooks, approval workflows), that is provided by legal or business functions, available in the CLM system, elevating it from a static format (e.g. MS Word file) into dynamic elements within the CLM system.
  • Sets up and manages rules, workflows and metadata, in close alignment with various stakeholders from within TAG.
  • Provides analytics insights on the content stored in the CLM system and its usage.
  • Oversees accuracy, integrity and consistency of data within the CLM system.
  • Defines standards for metadata/attributes and ensures continuous optimisation of respective set‑up.
  • Monitors the CLM system for opportunities of continuous improvement (kaizen), especially regarding ease‑of‑use and the value it provides to its users.
CLM Content & Configuration Management
  • Translates contract‑related content (e.g., templates, clauses, negotiation playbooks, approval matrices) provided by Legal and business stakeholders into scalable, dynamic components within the Icertis CLM platform.
  • Designs, configures, and maintains CLM rules, workflows, contract types, clause logic, and metadata models in close collaboration with Legal, Procurement, Compliance, IT, and other TAG stakeholders.
  • Ensures that contract content and configurations are standardised, reusable, and aligned with enterprise policies and regulatory requirements.
Data Quality, Governance & Stewardship
  • Owns the accuracy, integrity, consistency, and completeness of contract data across the CLM system.
  • Defines and enforces data quality standards, metadata taxonomies, and attribute governance frameworks.
  • Establishes data quality KPIs, monitoring routines, and remediation processes to proactively identify and resolve data issues.
  • Oversees contract data lifecycle management, including versioning, archiving, and audit‑readiness.
Analytics, Insights & Value Realisation
  • Develops and delivers analytics and reporting on CLM content, contract data, and system usage to support decision‑making and risk management.
  • Partners with BI and analytics teams to integrate CLM data into enterprise reporting tools and dashboards.
  • Leverages Icertis AI capabilities and other analytics tools to enhance contract insights, risk identification, and operational performance.
Continuous Improvement & User Experience
  • Continuously monitors CLM usage, performance, and user feedback to identify opportunities for process optimisation and improved usability.
  • Drives a culture of continuous improvement (Kaizen) by refining configurations, simplifying user interactions, and increasing adoption and value realisation.
  • Acts as a subject‑matter expert and trusted advisor for CLM best practices, data quality, and platform capabilities.
About you
  • Higher degree in computer science, business engineering, legal operations or other related field.
  • Icertis Administrator certification or higher.
  • At least 3 years practical domain experience.
  • Relevant experience acting as power user or administrator in complex, industry‑grade CLM systems, ideally the Icertis platform.
  • Relevant experience with AI and BI tools.
  • Extensive experience with technical implementation of dynamic templates and clause libraries across languages and jurisdictions is especially beneficial.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken). German, French and any additional language is considered a plus.
  • Exceptional technical skills combined with the ability to engage effectively with multi‑faceted work elements, producing high‑quality outputs within demanding timelines.
  • Demonstrated analytical proficiency complemented by a robust solution‑oriented mindset that contributes to strategic technical innovation.
  • Rigorous work ethic with meticulous attention to detail and the discipline to execute tasks to the highest standard.
  • Proven ability to balance multiple high‑level tasks and adhere to strict deadlines in a fast‑paced, dynamic setting.
  • Self‑driven ability to function independently and reliably, with a willingness to seek input as needed to solve complex technical challenges.
  • Thrives in multicultural settings and has a proven capability to foster a diverse and inclusive international work environment.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team and in individual settings.
