RIMOWA seeks an Intern (m/f/d) to join the Client Care Operations team in Cologne for a 6-month full-time internship. The role involves refining process documentation and supporting daily supply chain tasks including purchase and sales orders, and data sharing with regional and global teams.

Ideal candidates are near graduation in Business Administration, Supply Chain & Logistics, or Engineering, with first experience in supply chain, strong Excel skills, and fluency in English (German a plus).

Qualifikationen

• First working experience in Supply chain & Logistics; master data management is a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel.
• Self-driven, able to work independently and proactive in setting priorities.

• Fluent in English; German is a plus.

• Support the maintenance of material master data (information and pictures of materials).

We are looking for an Intern (m/f/d) to join our Client Care Operations department and support the team in process documentation.

This is a fulltime internship position for a duration of 6 months, requiring presence in our office in Cologne.

Job Responsibilities

• Revise and enhance existing process documentation, incorporating additional information related to IT system updates
• Support the maintenance of material master data (specific material information, pictures of the materials)
• Support the planning team with daily operational tasks (creation of Purchase and Sales orders, extraction and sharing of reports with regional and global teams)

Profile

• Close to graduation of your studies in Business Administration, Supply Chain & Logistics, Engineering or similar fields
• First working experience in Supply chain & Logistics, master data management is a plus
• First experience in working with Microsoft tools, especially Excel
• Self-driven, able to work independently and proactive in setting priorities
• Good communication skills, positive attitude and strong team player
• Open minded (work with different nationalities and departments)
• Synthetic and well-structured mindset
• Fluent in English, German is a plus
