Jobtailor is seeking a Civil Site Manager in Kaiserslautern to plan and oversee the implementation of civil engineering structures, including wastewater treatment and water purification projects, while ensuring quality and timely delivery.

You will prepare tender documentation, coordinate on-site construction, monitor scope, schedule, and costs, and liaise with clients to resolve technical issues with specialist planners, acting as the main contact until project completion.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in civil engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a construction/site manager.
• Experience with complex technical construction or infrastructure projects preferred.
• Familiarity with regulations such as VOB and IT tools (e.g., AVA software iTWO).
