Job Description
We are seeking a visionary and strategic Chief Product and Technology Officer (CPTO) to lead our product and technology teams through their next phase of growth. Reporting directly to the CEO, the CPTO will oversee the Chief Technology Officer (i.e. the Head of Development) and Head of Product. This role is crucial in shaping our AI-driven strategy, ensuring seamless product execution, and scaling operations to meet business goals.

Product & AI Strategy:

• Define and execute the company’s integrated product and technology vision, focusing on AI and Machine Learning.
• Drive AI-led product innovation to enhance customer value and experience.
• Champion an AI-first mindset, embedding AI capabilities into our platform.
• Implement data-driven frameworks to measure product impact and user engagement.
• Identify strategic partnerships and acquisitions to enhance product offerings and technology.
• Align product, technology, and business objectives seamlessly.
• Evaluate opportunities for partnerships, acquisitions, or integrations to accelerate innovation.
• Represent Easygenerator at conferences, industry events, and thought leadership discussions.
• Foster a customer-centric approach, ensuring product decisions align with user needs.
• Stay ahead of the curve: Maintain a deep understanding of the e-learning market, emerging technologies (especially in AI), and competitive landscape to inform product strategy and identify potential partnerships or acquisitions.

Technology Leadership:

• Oversee technical strategy, ensuring a robust, scalable, and secure architecture.
• Lead the evolution of our cloud-based SaaS infrastructure for performance and security.
• Collaborate with AI vendors, including OpenAI, to integrate cutting-edge technology.
• Implement top-tier DevOps, security, and compliance frameworks.
• Foster a culture of continuous engineering improvement for high platform reliability.
• Build, mentor, and inspire product and engineering teams, driving innovation and accountability.
• Strengthen collaboration between product management and engineering.
• Champion an agile, iterative approach to feature deployment.
• Cultivate continuous learning and adoption of best practices in software engineering, AI, and cloud technologies.
• Promote constructive challenge and open dialogue for better decision-making.
• Balance short-term priorities with long-term investments in technology and product evolution.

Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Strategic visionary with expertise in AI, ML, and cloud-based SaaS development.
• Strong technical background in software engineering, architecture, and scalable infrastructure.
• AI-native mindset, with experience leading AI-first product transformations or integrating AI into existing products.
• Experience building and scaling engineering teams with a focus on high performance.
• Strong data-driven decision-making abilities with analytical frameworks for success.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in scale-ups or high-growth SaaS environments in a leadership role.
• Industry experience in EdTech or e-learning is a plus but not required.

Education & Credentials:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Product Management, or a related field.
• Ideally holds a degree, certification, or experience in AI, ML, or cloud computing.
