P3A is a multi-platform operating and investment group building the infrastructure of tomorrow. This Chief of Staff role places you as the founder's right-hand to drive platform-building across ventures, real estate, and the group’s asset base.

You will validate new companies, orchestrate financing rounds, and manage group operations with hands-on leadership. Berlin presence and strong German/English communication are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Experience as an investor (at least 1 year).
• Interest and ideally experience in contracts, investment structures, and financial questions.
• Ability to build financial models and evaluate deals with rigour.
• Strong written and verbal German and English are required.
• Willing to be in Berlin regularly and to travel as needed.

P3A is a multi-platform operating and investment group building the infrastructure of tomorrow. Entrepreneurial at its core, P3A builds, owns, and backs the companies behind the assets the modern world depends on, bringing long‑term capital and deep operational expertise to how critical infrastructure is built, operated, and financed. P3A was founded by serial entrepreneur Jannes Fischer in 2023.

Your Role

As Chief of Staff (m/w/d), you will be the right‑hand and sparring partner of our founder Jannes Fischer and the person who holds the P3A group together internally. Your mission is to drive the build‑out of the platform across its verticals, from the venture fund to company building to the group’s own asset base.

You will validate and launch new companies alongside Jannes, develop and execute investment strategies across asset classes, run the venture fund end‑to‑end, and orchestrate the tax advisors, lawyers, investors, and service providers around the group.

This is an entrepreneurial role with exceptional freedom and full ownership. It is built for a generalist with an investor’s mindset who is as comfortable in a cap table or shareholder agreement as in the operational day‑to‑day, thinks in structures, and executes hands‑on without a team behind them.

Company Building

• Venture Validation: Develop and validate new business models together with Jannes, with the explicit goal of founding new companies
• Structuring: Set up legal and corporate structures, cap tables, and financing rounds for new ventures
• Operating Leadership: Where needed, take operational responsibility for a venture in its early phase

Asset & Wealth Management

• Investment Strategy: Develop and execute investment strategies across asset classes, currently with a focus on real estate
• Transaction Modelling: Scout opportunities, build acquisition and financial models, and structure transactions and portfolios under legal and tax considerations
• Portfolio Stewardship: Monitor, develop, and optimize the group’s existing asset base

Sparring & Group Operations

• Founder Sparring: Advise Jannes on all questions concerning the build‑out of the platform and turn that agenda into continuous execution
• Stakeholder Orchestration: Coordinate tax advisors, lawyers, investors, and service providers. You hold the threads together internally
• Group Infrastructure: Keep the group’s entities, processes, and reporting in order and improve them as the platform grows

Ventures & Fund Management

• Fund Operations: Run P3A’s venture fund end‑to‑end, from investment processes and portfolio support to LP communication and reporting
• Fundraising: Drive fundraising processes and build the investor and founder network that fuels the fund Deal Execution: Screen opportunities, structure investments, and see transactions through from term sheet to closing

• Hands‑on Pragmatist: You work pragmatically and outcome‑driven, without a large team but with access to resources such as freelancers

• Discretion & Judgment: You move in confidential settings with tact and understand that trust is the foundation of everything we do

Your Experience & Skills

• Investor Experience: You have worked as an investor (at least 1 year) and understand what matters in startup, real estate, or other investments
• Legal & Finance Affinity: You bring interest and ideally experience in contracts, investment structures, and financial questions
• Analytical Craft: You build financial models, evaluate deals with rigour, and translate analysis into clear decisions
• Communication: You engage confidently with founders, investors, advisors, and senior stakeholders. German as a mother tongue is a must. Moreover, Strong written and verbal German and English are mandatory.
• Location Availability: You are able to be in Berlin regularly and to travel when needed
