We are seeking an experienced, detail‑oriented individual to join our Data Center Engineering Operations Team. The team ensures data centers operate at 100% availability while maintaining first‑class customer service. This role involves operating and maintaining all electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and safety equipment for a mission‑critical infrastructure with 99.999% uptime.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the operation and maintenance of all electrical, mechanical, and HVAC equipment within the data center.
• Maintain and monitor all data center systems, including incidents, problems, changes, monitoring, and notifications.
• Monitor and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, HVAC, voice/data, chiller systems, and generators.
• Support contractor or data center engineer to ensure proper operation of equipment under level I and certified areas (fiber, electrical, HVAC, UPS, generator).
• Assist in deploying new equipment, building racks, cabling, and other tasks as necessary.
• Respond to internal rack customer maintenance, repair, and expansion requests via the ticketing system.
• Perform site walkthroughs to verify operation of facility equipment and monitoring systems.
• Maintain changes in mission‑critical infrastructure for corrective/preventive maintenance.
• Review test quality, performance, safety, and reliability of products, equipment, and processes.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Experience carrying new design concepts through exploration, development, and deployment or mass production.
• Experience with MS Excel, Word, and Windows Operating Systems.
• Experience with power management and power monitoring systems.
• Must be a national of an EU member state.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of critical data center equipment.
• Knowledge of engineering documentation, electrical diagrams, and standard operating procedures.
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations including Life Safety, BOCA, NFPA, NEC, or OSHA.
• Experience in project management in data centers or comparable critical infrastructure.
• Experience in Data Center Engineering Operations, with deep understanding of electrical and mechanical infrastructure.
• Experience reading and interpreting construction specifications and drawings across domains.
