Guggisberg in Switzerland seeks a skilled roofer to lead construction sites and coordinate with the project team. You will prepare site surveys, draft plan sketches, and ensure precise execution on site, including vapour barrier work and membrane sealing.

Strong teamwork and Swiss standards know‑how are essential. Applicants should hold EFZ in roofing, be independent in planning, and communicate well in German.

• Completed basic training as a roofer (EFZ) and practical SIA know-how.
• Ability to plan independently and execute steps confidently.

Aufgaben

• You lead construction sites and employees, including recording working hours.
• You participate in construction meetings and clarify requirements with the project manager and client.
• Create situational site surveys with detailed solutions and plan sketches.
• Carry out torch-on work on vapour barriers and sealing membranes.
• Create connections and seals with liquid plastics and install roof domes.
• Assemble fall protection systems and sheet metal flashings.

Your main tasks

• You lead construction sites and employees including their working hours recording
• You participate in construction meetings
• You are responsible for the independent clarification of requirements and execution of orders in consultation with the project manager and the client
• You create situational site surveys with detailed solutions and plan sketches
• You carry out torch-on work on vapour barriers as well as sealing work with bituminous and plastic sealing membranes
• You create connections and seals with liquid plastic
• You install roof domes and sheet metal flashings
• You assemble fall protection systems
