BJAK is seeking strong operators to join the CEO Office for its AI Neobank app expansion. You will help translate CEO priorities into execution across product, hiring, licensing, partnerships, market launches and daily operating rhythm.

As a high-ownership generalist, you will work directly with senior leadership and cross-functional teams, track OKRs, identify blockers, and push for clear decisions and next actions in a fast-paced startup environment.

The Role
