Responsibilities

About the role

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance acc. EASA Part-145.
• You identify malfunctions and damage, perform troubleshooting, and ensure their professional rectification.
• Assembling and installing Aircraft components and equipment.
• Ensure that the AMOS System is updated on a regular basis in order to reflect maintenance activities, component changes and manhours.
• Upon completion of the work, you release aircraft in compliance with regulations and ensure their airworthiness.
• Report work in progress, defects, problems, or delays.
• Make sure that assigned tools are maintained in a good condition.
• Keep the work environment in a clean and safe condition.
• Supervision and guidance of CAT‑A technicians as required.

Profile

• Holder of an EASA Part‑66 Category B1 License.
• Completed Human Factors, Part‑145 Initial/Refresher, EWIS Initial/Refresher, and Fuel Tank Safety Initial/Refresher training.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and solid technical understanding of aircraft systems and maintenance processes.
• Extensive experience working with complex technical systems and performing aircraft maintenance activities in accordance with regulatory and company standards.
• Good knowledge of EASA regulatory requirements, including familiarity with Commission Regulation (EU) No 1321/2014 Part‑145.
• Previous experience in Business Aviation environments is considered an asset.
• Basic understanding of PC networking technologies and IT‑related systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; familiarity with AMOS Maintenance Management System is advantageous.
• Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Highly motivated, detail‑oriented, and committed to maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and compliance.
• Well‑organized and methodical, with a structured approach to work and strong awareness of cost‑effective practices.
• Flexible and adaptable, with the willingness to work early and late shifts as operational requirements dictate.
