Live! Casino Maryland is seeking a Casino Credit Clerk to support core financial operations, ensuring accuracy, security, and integrity of all credit and check-cashing documentation.

This role serves as the primary contact for guests using credit services, delivering exceptional service while handling sensitive financial information with confidentiality. You will verify and post credit information, process applications, and liaise with banks and credit agencies.

Qualifikationen

• Must be able to work flexible schedule, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to obtain and maintain all necessary licensing required for the position as required by the State Gaming Agency.

• Makes direct contact with other casinos to obtain and document patron casino credit information.
• Inputs and authorizes new check cashing customers to computer system.
• Audits mail-in markers payments, return check logs, and return marker logs.
• Suspends customers with return check. Reviews and processes win/loss statements.
• Ability to extend complementaries in accordance with the property comp matrix.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.

The Credit Specialist plays a vital role in maintaining compliance with gaming regulations and supporting efficient, trustworthy transactions that contribute to a seamless guest experience across the property.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

Must-Haves:

• High School diploma or GED required as well as one year of general office work experience.
• Flexible work schedule
  • Swing shift start time between 4:00PM - 5:00PM

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to sit for extended periods while performing computer and data‑entry tasks.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs (e.g., paperwork boxes, supplies).
• Occasional standing, walking, bending, and reaching to retrieve files and interact with customers.

Working Conditions:

• 24/7 high energy casino with over 300,000 sq. ft of gaming and entertainment space and approximately 3000 employees
• Exposed to alcohol, cigarette and cigar smoke, bright lights, and loud noises.
• You will work in an environment where smoking is allowed.
