• Help students and professionals define their career goals and create a clear development plan.
• Offer guidance on job searching, interview preparation, CV writing and professional skills development.
• Share practical tools and strategies to improve employability and support professional growth.
• Track progress and adapt sessions according to each person's needs and objectives.

Requirements:

• Background in Psychology, Education, Human Resources, Career Guidance, Employment Services or a related field.
• Previous experience providing career guidance or mentoring is not required.
• Strong communication and active listening skills, with a genuine interest in helping others.
• Commitment to supporting students and professionals in their personal and career development.
• Fully flexible schedule.
• Opportunity to work remotely by providing online sessions or combine online and in-person sessions.
• Earnings of €20-40 per hour.
• You decide your availability, the number of students you work with and how many sessions you offer.
