Your Role as Senior Backend Developer:

• Ensure high performance and reliability of backend systems by applying industry best practices and maintaining clean, efficient code.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend infrastructure that supports the company’s HRM platforms.
• Work closely with stakeholders to translate complex healthcare and insurance needs into robust technical solutions.
• Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, ensuring alignment with technical standards and the company’s strategic direction.

What You Bring:
