Qualifikationen

• 10 Jahre Erfahrung in Management Accounting/Controlling im Dienstleistungs- oder Fertigungsbereich, inkl. Kostenrechnung, Projektstruktur & Kostenrechnung, Profitabilitätsanalyse.
• SAP-System- und Prozessverständnis in CO, FI, SD, PS und CS; SAP S/4 Hana-Erfahrung ist ein starkes Plus.
• Projektmanagement- und Change-Management-Erfahrung, Fähigkeit zur Führung funktionsübergreifender Initiativen.
• Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten zur Bewertung von Auswirkungen, Risiken und datenbasierter Entscheidungsfindung.

Aufgaben

• Verantwortung für Controlling-Prozessdesign, Governance und kontinuierliche Verbesserung im Electrification Service Division.
• Entwurf und Implementierung standardisierter Geschäftsprozessvorlagen für controlling-relevante ERP-Prozesse (Produktkalkulation, Projektstruktur, Kosten/Ergebnisrechnung).
• Aufbau von Zielbetriebsmodellen für End-to-End-Montioring der Marge über Geschäfts- dimensionen und Regionen hinweg.
• Anpassung der Anforderungen über Ländergrenzen und Geschäftseinheiten hinweg für konsistente, skalierbare Prozesse.

Your Role And Responsibilities

This subject matter expert (SME) leadership role involves Business Process Ownership (BPO) across Finance and Controlling within the Electrification Service Division, with a focus on the ERP transformation and migration to SAP S/4 Hana. The position requires deep expertise in controlling process design and transformation leadership to drive standardization, operational excellence, and end-to-end margin visibility across the organization.

The Business Process Owner is a cross-functional leadership role responsible for defining and implementing standardized business process templates across multiple product models and geographies. This role ensures that business processes, systems, and operational practices evolve cohesively to support scalable growth and operational excellence.

The work model for the role is: hybrid

This role is contributing to the Electrification Service Division on global level. Main stakeholders are business and IS functions within Electrification Service, and counterparts from other Electrification divisions.

You will be mainly accountable for

Process Design & Strategy

• Own Controlling domain processes, governance, and continuous improvement for Electrification Service Division
• Design and implement standardized business process templates for controlling-relevant ERP processes, covering product costing, project structure and accounting, service costing/accounting, and profitability analysis
• Establish target operating models for end-to-end margin visibility across business dimensions and geographies
• Align business requirements across countries and business units to ensure consistent, scalable processes

ERP Transformation & Implementation

• Partner with IS/ERP, application owners, and local/regional controllers to ensure processes are supported by appropriate systems and application
• Lead process implementation across the organization, including training, education, and best practice sharing
• Support the migration to SAP S/4 Hana and ensure controlling relevant alignment between process design and system capabilities in the SAP modules CO, FI, SD, PS, and CS

Stakeholder & Change Management

• Collaborate with functional and regional management to ensure buy-in and drive process adoption
• Develop and execute communication and change management plans across all relevant stakeholders
• Act as primary liaison between functional teams, business stakeholders, and transformation leadership

Qualifications For The Role

• You have 10 years of experience in Management Accounting/Business Controlling in the service or manufacturing domain, including hands-on expertise in product costing, project structure and accounting, service costing/accounting, and profitability analysis
• Sound SAP system and process understanding in the modules CO, FI, SD, PS, and CS; experience with SAP S/4 Hana is a strong advantage
• Project management & change management experience, with the ability to drive cross-functional initiatives
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess impact, identify risks, and support data-driven decision-making
• University degree: Master of Science / MBA in Business Administration, Finance, Controlling, Economics, Information Systems, or related field
