We have raised $4M from 20VC, Stride and Base10. What we do: build the AI-backoffice of Handwerk businesses + double their revenue. You will have the opportunity to lay the structure for scaling in a small high-performing team from Berlin as one of the first 12 employees and will work directly with the Operations Lead and the Founder.

This aligns our incentives 100% - meaning incredible transparency and trust between us and the craftsmen. You are the owner of this relationship. Together with the owner of the craftsmen company, you will launch the company and grow it to €1M revenue and beyond. You will do that with 10 companies eventually. Through our revenue share business model, you sit exactly at the most important point of our operation. Your daily work generates handly's revenue. This makes the role of Business Generalist the most critical role of the company. A good point to grow from.
