LG Chem Europe GmbH, the European subsidiary of LG Chem Ltd., seeks a Business Development - Technology Intelligence Specialist in Frankfurt. You will scout technology, evaluate partnerships, and compile market and industry intelligence to identify opportunities across Europe.

The role requires strong coordination, English fluency, and a proactive, independent work style. You will contribute to external innovation networks, coordinate with HQ and partners, and support PoC activities for ongoing

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of experience in innovation, R&D, or tech business development.
• Experience in technology scouting or related fields is advantageous.
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Technology scouting and identification of potential partners.
• Support technology evaluation and contribute to assessment reports.
• Gather and organize market, technology, and competitor intelligence; support analysis.
• Contribute to opportunity identification by structuring industry trends.
• Develop and expand LG Chem's external innovation network via events.
• Partner engagement, meeting coordination, and support for contracts.
• Coordinate HQ and external partners using virtual and on-site tools.
• Report project status and present to management.
• Benchmarking studies and PoC support for ongoing R&D in Korea.
• Cover tech and market intelligence across Europe.
