Siemens Healthineers seeks a Business Application Manager Source2Contract (f/m/d) to drive the global deployment of the Source2Contract application within Procurement and Supply Chain. You will validate, deploy, and govern the tool while collaborating with IT and business stakeholders to maximise value.

You bring several years in application management, strong communication in English (German a plus), and willingness to travel nationally and internationally.

Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.

Even more flexibility? Mobile working from abroad is possible for up to 30 days a year under certain conditions and in selected countries.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

• Support the validation and deployment of the global Strategic Procurement Source2Contract-Application.
• Support IT compliance relevant processes (e.g. Workers Council, HDP) in alignment with IT experts.
• Support User Acceptance Testing activities and final release decision.
• Ensure proper documentation, governance, and data management related to the tool.
• Responsible to collect, prioritize, and document business requirements from stakeholders and users, and gain understanding of the respective customer value.
• Responsible for the release planning and execution of new features, drive Product Roadmap and Use Case planning, execution and documentation for future tool enhancements.
• Drive user adoption of the tool by providing trainings and effective communication for the procurement community and relevant stakeholders.
• Additionally, you support the further development of our procurement system landscape.
• You have successfully completed studies in business administration, business informatics, or comparable qualifications.
• You have several years of experience in application management, maintenance, and user management services.
• You have knowledge and understanding of Strategic Procurement / Supply Chain Management processes (Product-/Project Business, Service Business and Digitalization of Processes).
• You have a good understanding of data management and IT related processes. Experience with Data Lake solutions (Snowflake) is an advantage.
• You have experience in Project Management of digitalization projects or IT projects.
• You are aware and have applied the relevant technologies in the area of Digitalization of Procurement.

• You are an intrinsic motivated and pragmatic personality – maker mentality.
• Very good communication and presentation skills in English, you can present your results adequately to various management teams and conduct trainings with global teams. German skills are an advantage.
• You have worked with/in different cultures and global organizations.
• Change management oriented, experience managing resistance.
• Willing to go on national and international business trips (up to 25%).
