Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor is seeking a skilled wind-turbine service technician to perform on-site maintenance and rotor blade inspections with a small team.

You will learn rotor blade structures, carry out modification work to boost performance, work with laminating resins and composites, and record activities digitally for traceability and safety compliance.

Qualifikationen

• Completed vocational training in a technical field as listed.
• Specialist knowledge of epoxy resins, glass fibre and carbon fibre.
• Rope access certification (FISAT or IRATA) desirable.
• Strong safety awareness for hazardous substances.
• Ability to prepare and document technical reports independently.
• Willingness to travel within Germany during the week; return weekends.
• SAP and MS Office proficiency; familiarity with iOS apps.
• Driving licence; C1E preferred.
• Very good German and good English skills.

Aufgaben

• Ensure reliable operation of wind turbines via on-site servicing and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure reliable operation of our wind turbines by performing on‑site servicing and maintenance
• Work as part of a team (typically 2–3 people), responsible for inspecting and repairing turbine rotor blades
• Gain an understanding of the complex structure of rotor blades and their components
• Perform modification work to improve turbine performance
• Apply practical skills with laminating resins and composite materials
• Record work digitally in a simple and efficient manner

Requirements

• Completed vocational training in electrical engineering, metalworking, mechanical or automotive engineering, building services engineering, or a comparable technical qualification
• Specialist knowledge of epoxy resins, glass fibre and carbon fibre
• Ideally certified in rope access (FISAT or IRATA)
• Strong safety awareness, especially when working with hazardous substances
• Ability to prepare and document technical reports independently
• Willingness to travel within Germany during the week; home on weekends
• Comfortable using Microsoft and iOS operating systems and apps; experience with SAP desirable
• Driving licence; C1E preferred
• Very good German and good English skills
