Zusammenfassung

nemensis ag is seeking a Biotech Production Operator (m/f/d) for a temporary placement at a global biopharmaceutical company with GMP manufacturing in a Central Switzerland site. You will support production of active substances for clinical studies and work in a cleanroom.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years GMP experience, know GDP/ALCOA+, and are fluent in German and English. You will team up in pairs and perform weigh & dispense tasks, equipment setup, validation cycles, and GMP

Qualifikationen

• 3 years hands-on GMP manufacturing experience in biotech or pharma
• Technical or scientific vocational training completed
• Solid knowledge of GDP and ALCOA+ principles
• Fluent in German and English
• Comfortable in cleanroom and handling equipment

Aufgaben

• Support material staging, transfers, inspections and inventory checks in GMP environment
• Assemble/disassemble single-use systems and process equipment
• Carry out sampling according to approved sampling plans, SOPs and batch records
• Prepare and clear manufacturing rooms, including equipment setup and cleaning
• Perform routine tasks in weigh & dispense, upstream and downstream solution supply areas
• Support washer and autoclave operations according to validated cycles
• Assist with calibration and routine maintenance of production equipment
• Accurately complete GMP documentation such as batch records, logbooks and electronic systems
• Flag deviations, safety observations or irregularities and support audits when needed

Your profile

• Completed technical or scientific vocational training (e.g. biotechnology, chemistry, lab technician)
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in a GMP manufacturing environment, ideally biotech or pharma
• Solid knowledge of GDP and ALCOA+ principles
• Comfortable working in a cleanroom and handling both single-use and stainless-steel equipment
• A structured, detail-oriented way of working paired with a strong sense of compliance
• Team spirit you'll be working in pairs within the production areas
• Fluent in German and English
