Mercor is seeking bilingual Indonesian-English evaluators to strengthen how AI models handle sensitive topics in Indonesian. You will write prompts, apply guidelines to classify content, and document judgments to improve safety and reliability.

No prior AI/ML experience is required as training is provided. Ideal candidates have Indonesian fluency and strong English writing, a bachelor’s degree in progress or completed, and meticulous attention to detail with sound judgment on dual-use

About the role

We're hiring proficient bilingual speakers (English & Indonesian) to help make advanced AI models safer. You'll apply your language fluency and cultural judgment to evaluate and strengthen how these models handle sensitive topics in Indonesian. No prior AI/ML experience is required — we'll train you on the workflow.
