Overall responsibility for management of customer bids in the system and solution business and for ensuring a professional bid management approach.

Responsibilities

• Manage bids and guide all bids to a bid decision within the agreed timelines.
• Entrepreneurial responsibility for timely, economical, and high-quality proposal preparation up to contract signature.
• Adherence to the approval process at all management levels.
• Project planning (determining bid costs, resource requirements, and creating a schedule for proposal preparation).
• Ensure bid compliance with internal governance and applicable procurement regulations.

Requirements

• Expertise in commercial structuring for complex technology solutions.
• Knowledge of UC solutions and systems integration models.
• Ability to manage multi-party projects and contractual complexity.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Familiarity with risk assessment and compliance processes.

Additional Skills
