Jobtailor in Germany is seeking a BCBA to oversee telehealth and in-person sessions across clinics and client homes, carrying a real caseload and supervising RBTs and student analysts.

You will run caregiver training, facilitate social skills groups, and deliver both direct and indirect services within a clinician-owned, naturalistic, person-centered, neurodiversity-affirming model.

Qualifikationen

• Active BCBA certification required.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Fluent in BST and caregiver-mediated treatment.
• Adapt supervision to the person in front of you.
• Pursue current evidence-based practice independently.
• Manage time and documentation without being chased.
• Communicate directly and professionally across families, staff, and leadership.
• Pass background check.
• Minimum 30 clinical hours per week.
• 90% utilization of recommended treatment hours is expected.
