Qualifikationen

• Vorherige Erfahrung als Barkeeper in einem belebten Restaurant oder einer Cocktailbar.
• Gute Kenntnisse klassischer Cocktails, Spirituosen und Bar-Techniken.
• Leidenschaft für Gastfreundschaft und Gästeerlebnis.
• Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und positive Einstellung.
• In Hochbetriebsphasen ruhig und organisiert bleiben.
• Zuverlässig, proaktiv und teamorientiert.

Aufgaben

• Klassische und Signature-Cocktails zubereiten.
• Getränke empfehlen und Gäste durch Menu führen.
• Verbindungen zum Gast aufbauen und Gastfreundschaft liefern.
• Bar vor Service vollständig vorbereiten.
• Hohe Qualitäts-, Sauberkeits- und Organisationsstandards wahren.
• Mit dem Restaurantteam zusammenarbeiten.
• Bestand überwachen und tägliche Bar-Operationen unterstützen.
• Hygiene- und Lebensmittelsicherheitsstandards einhalten.

We're looking for a passionate Bartender who combines technical skills with personality, creating drinks and moments that guests will remember long after their visit.

Your Role & Responsibilities

You are responsible for delivering exceptional drinks and creating memorable guest experiences:

• Prepare classic and signature cocktails with consistency and attention to detail
• Recommend drinks and guide guests through our cocktail and beverage menu
• Build genuine connections with guests and deliver outstanding hospitality
• Ensure the bar is fully prepared before every service
• Maintain high standards of quality, cleanliness and organization
• Work closely with the restaurant team to deliver a seamless guest experience
• Monitor stock levels and support daily bar operations
• Follow hygiene and food safety standards at all times

What We Are Looking For

• Previous experience as a Bartender in a busy restaurant or cocktail bar
• Solid knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits and bar techniques
• Passion for hospitality and guest experience
• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
• Ability to stay calm and organized during high-volume service
• Reliable, proactive and team-oriented
