sea chefs is seeking a Bar Waiter/ess (f/m/d) to join its river cruise team. Travel across Europe, serving beverages with courtesy and professionalism in luxury ship environments.

Fluent English and/or German, HACCP familiarity, and hotel/restaurant experience are preferred. The role offers paid international travel, free accommodation and meals, crew facilities, training, and career opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• Hotel, beverage or restaurant documented relevant experience.
• Overall comprehension of hotel, restaurant or bar services.
• Knowledge and adherence to HACCP and other relevant safety, hygiene and environmental regulations.
• Good knowledge of the main International beverages (including wines).
• Fluent in English and /or German, depending on the ship.

Aufgaben

• Serve beverages to guests in all assigned areas in a courteous, polite and safe manner
• Carry out other service duties, as assigned i.e., coffee time, light lunch buffet, any food function in the Dining room or elsewhere etc
• Work according to quality, safety and hygiene standards as directed by the company and governed by intentional regulations and standards i.e. HACCP, ISM, ISO etc
• Work as team and assist in any area as required
• Protect and safeguard company property
