Findr in Berlin is looking for a backend engineer to build scalable services powering customer portals and internal tools.

You will design and implement REST APIs, integrate third-party systems, and drive CI/CD, observability and automation across the platform.

This role offers ownership from day one in a fast-moving ClimateTech company with modern Python tooling and growth opportunities.

• Develop backend services powering the customer portal and internal platforms.
• Build integrations with third-party systems and external services.
• Create new standalone services, APIs and proof-of-concepts.
• Improve CI/CD, observability and automation across the platform. Occassionally contribute to the frontend where required.
• Work across different products and technologies as priorities evolve.
