Crum & Forster is seeking a senior financial operations leader to oversee day-to-day accounting, controls, and reconciliations within its German operations. The role partners with business and treasury teams to drive efficiency and accuracy.

With a focus on timely monthly, quarterly, and annual closes, you will ensure compliance and robust reporting while aligning workflows across shared services and underwriting.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required in accounting, business, finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in financial operations or insurance accounting.
• Strong knowledge of financial controls and reporting processes.
