Zusammenfassung

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking skilled Security Engineers to join our Automotive Software team in Koblenz, Germany. You will design and implement security solutions for automotive systems, working hands-on with embedded software and low-level development.

Responsibilities include end-to-end security solution development, testing on benches or HIL environments, and close collaboration with customers to align security concepts and achieve system-wide integration.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree (Bc) in a relevant field.
• At least 5+ years of practical hands-on engineering experience
• Strong knowledge of security design principles & best practices
• Hands-on experience in embedded system and application development, preferably in the automotive industry systems
• Understanding of automotive security concepts such as software updates, key provisioning, intrusion detection, secure boot, and HSMs
• Familiarity with automotive communication protocols, including CAN, SecOC, MACsec, IPsec, and TLS
• Strong fundamentals programming in C, embedded system concepts, and software build processes
• Strong problem-solving skills and experience with scripting languages/tools like Python, Bash, commandline tools and Regex
• Experience with software engineering tools such as JIRA, GIT, and CMAKE (advantageous)
• Knowledge of Autosar classic (basic knowledge required) and Autosar Adaptive (advantageous)
