Hitachi Energy Germany AG is seeking an experienced IT professional to lead the Test Automation capability across Delivery Units, evaluating tools and enabling standardized automation approaches.

You will own the automation strategy, guide vendors and internal teams, and drive adoption of reusable frameworks while ensuring alignment with QA, Architecture and delivery partners. The role is based in Mannheim with global collaboration and IT leadership reporting structure.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of experience in large global corporation.
• 7+ years of professional experience in test management, test automation and modern software delivery.
• Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks and tooling.
• Experience evaluating and selecting enterprise technologies.
• Strong technical leadership without formal people-management responsibility.
• Strong vendor, analytical and stakeholder-management skills.
