Hitachi Energy Germany AG is seeking an experienced Automation Test Manager to shape the IT-wide test automation strategy across Mannheim and global delivery units. You will evaluate, select and enable standardized automation approaches and tool landscapes for use by delivery teams.

In this role you will lead senior experts, coordinate with QA, Architecture and external vendors, define reusable frameworks, and drive adoption of enterprise-grade testing capabilities across projects.

• 10+ years of experience in large global corporation.
• 7+ years of professional experience in test management, test automation and modern software delivery.
