Zusammenfassung

Unterschütz Sondermaschinenbau GmbH sucht einen erfahrenen Projektingenieur/Projektmanager für die Auslegung, Konstruktion und Kostenschätzung von Sonderprojekten im Maschinen- und Anlagenbau. Sie steuern eigenständig Projekte von der Konzeptphase bis zur erfolgreichen Inbetriebnahme.

Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören enge Abstimmungen mit Kunden, Vertrieb, Einkauf, Konstruktion und Fertigung sowie die Erstellung von Entwürfen bis zur detaillierten Konstruktion.

Qualifikationen

• Abgeschlossenes Studium im Maschinenbau (FH/Uni/HTL) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.
• Berufserfahrung im Maschinenbau, in der Formen- und Montagetechnik sowie im Projektmanagement vorteilhaft.
• Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in einem internationalen Umfeld.

Aufgaben

• Eigenständige Initiierung und Umsetzung von Sonderprojekten von der Konzepterarbeitung bis zur Inbetriebnahme.
• Enge Abstimmung und Kommunikation mit Kunden, Vertrieb, Einkauf, Konstruktion und Fertigung.
• Erstellung erster Entwürfe bis hin zur detaillierten Konstruktion.
• Mitwirkung bei der Standardisierung von Bauteilen, Baugruppen, Datenbanken und Prozessen.
• Zusammenarbeit mit dem Team, um Termine, Engineering-, Kosten- und Qualitätsziele zu erreichen.

As a Project Engineer / Project Manager you will be responsible for the conception, design and costing of special projects in the Machinery and Plant Engineering business unit.

Your tasks include in detail:

• Independent, active initiation and implementation of special projects in the machine and plant engineering business unit from conceptual design, to production - to successful commissioning
• Intensive communication with the customers, national sales, purchasing, construction and manufacturing
• Creation of initial designs up to detailed construction
• Manage and assist with standardization of items, assemblies, databases and processes
• Collaborate with team to achieve schedule, engineering, cost and
  quality goals.

• You have a successfully completed degree in mechanical engineering (FH/Uni/HTL) or another studi degree
• Alternatively, you have relevant professional experience in a comparable position
  Work experience, preferably in the field of mechanical engineering, forming technology, and project management, are an advantage

• Willingness to travel & hands-on mentality
• CAD knowledge, ideally with Inventor, rounds off your profile
