Dentons Berlin seeks a Senior Associate to advise on domestic and cross-border acquisitions, financing rounds, and strategic alliances in Corporate/M&A and Venture Technology. You will represent founders, companies, and investors, focusing on technology and digital health deals, while supporting the advancement of Legal Tech solutions.

Collaborating across offices and jurisdictions in the global Dentons network, you will craft creative, commercially viable solutions for complex clients.

Qualifikationen

• Two above-average German State Examinations in Law.
• At least three years of relevant professional experience at Senior Associate level in the Corporate/M&A and Venture Technology practices of a business law firm.
• Excellent command of English.
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset and enthusiasm for complex business and financial matters, as well as Legal Tech innovations.
• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to develop creative, solution-oriented, and commercially viable approaches for sophisticated clients.
• Strong, committed personality with a pronounced team spirit.

• Advise prominent German and international clients on domestic and cross-border acquisitions, financing rounds, and strategic alliances
• Provide transaction advice on M&A projects and venture capital investments, representing founders, companies, and investors, particularly in the technology and digital health sectors
• Advise on the advancement of the digital economy, including through the active use and development of innovative Legal Tech solutions
• Collaborate across offices and jurisdictions within the global Dentons network on complex, cross-border matters
