You will support our customers in using Atlassian Cloud sustainably and effectively. You will accompany them from migration projects from the data center to the long-term development of a modern system of work. You will connect technology, processes, and collaboration and help organizations work efficiently and sustainably with Atlassian tools and AI.
- Consulting on the design and further development of sustainable Atlassian cloud architectures
- Translation of existing structures into cloud-compatible concepts (permissions, workflows, automations, apps)
- Support for cloud governance, security, scaling, and standardization
- Continuous optimization of Atlassian setups during operation
System of Work & Modern Collaboration
- Consulting on establishing an Atlassian-based system of work
- Improvement of cross-team and cross-departmental collaboration
- Support for knowledge management, transparency, and decision-making
- Integration of tools, processes, people, and working models
- Introduction and practical use of Atlassian Intelligence and Rovo
- Identification of meaningful AI use cases in the customer context
- Integration of AI functions into existing work processes
- Consideration of governance, security, and added value aspects
Cloud migrations as part of the overall strategy
- Planning, analysis, and execution of migrations from Jira and Confluence Data Center to the Atlassian Cloud
- Use of suitable Atlassian migration frameworks and Atlassian Guard
- Evaluation, migration, or replacement of third-party apps
- Advice on cloud best practices instead of 1:1 adoptions
- Conducting workshops, training courses, and presentations
- Analysis and implementation of individual customer requirements
- Close collaboration with customers, internal specialist and development teams
- Support for classic Atlassian consulting topics beyond migrations
Your background.
What does it take?
- Completed training or studies in the field of information technology, business informatics, or a comparable qualification
- Experience working with Atlassian Data Center and/or Atlassian Cloud – ideally with initial exposure to cloud or migration projects
- Interest in modern working methods, process consulting, and technical contexts
- Ability to analyze existing systems, processes, and structures and derive meaningful target visions and solution concepts from them
- Independent, structured approach to work, as well as enjoyment of teamwork and direct customer contact
- Very good German language skills (C1 or higher) and solid English language skills (at least B2)
Experience with the following is also desirable:
- Atlassian migration frameworks, app migrations, and Atlassian Guard
- Atlassian Intelligence, Rovo, or comparable AI-supported functions
- Automation, integration, or data-driven evaluations in the Atlassian environment (e.g., assets, reporting, AI contexts)
- IT consulting, agile methods (Scrum, Kanban), or ITSM
Willingness to travel
- Willingness to attend occasional customer appointments or workshops on site.
These are currently rare, but may be necessary depending on the project.
