JOB SUMMARY

This role is responsible for the development and delivery of critical state and federally regulated documents, applying foundational coding, analytical, and project coordination skills to support workflow execution and consistent, high-quality outcomes in a cross-functional environment. Working under general guidance, the Associate Document Implementation Analyst develops proficiency in operational processes, digital tools (including supported applications and system integrations), and compliance requirements. This role builds core competencies through hands‑on experience, growing independence, and active learning within a structured, team-oriented environment, while contributing to continuous improvement efforts.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Required

Pay Range Minimum:

$53,800.00

Pay Range Maximum:

$83,300.00

Base pay is determined by a variety of factors including a candidate’s qualifications, experience, and expected contributions, as well as internal peer equity, market, and business considerations. The displayed salary range does not reflect any geographic differential Highmark may apply for certain locations based upon comparative markets.
