Zusammenfassung

Appian in Frankfurt is seeking an Associate Consultant to help client projects by building applications from kickoff to delivery using Appian SAIL. You’ll join a development team and work on one project at a time, learning the platform through our US-based academy training.

You’ll collaborate with other Appian consultants, designing and implementing solutions while gaining exposure to business process management and data integration. Strong English and German are required.

“When you start as an Associate Consultant you’ll help build applications to solve a clients business need. Building the application includes everything from a kick off meeting to understand the client (their business and the problem we’re solving) as well as planning and executing the technical process and working out the steps we need to take to reach completion. We call this a project.

When working on a project you’ll regularly meet and collaborate with other Appian consultants working on the same project as you to define the work that needs to be done to build out the application. You work on one project at a time in a development team. Development is predominantly done in Appian SAIL and we use the Appian platform to make these applications - it’s pretty cool we have our own purpose built in-house platform!

You’ll learn all about our platform during the academy training that takes place in the US.

What you’ll be doing…

The base salary provided represents a good faith and reasonable estimate of the range at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant work experience, qualifications, internal peer equity, and market and business conditions that exist when extending an offer. A discretionary bonus may be awarded in recognition of individual and company performance.
