ALPADIA Language Schools is seeking an Assistant Camp Manager for our summer camp programs in Germany. The role involves collaborating with the Camp Manager to ensure efficient camp management, supervising staff, and overseeing activities and excursions.

The ideal candidate will have experience in staff management, fluency in English, and some proficiency in German. A weekly salary of EUR 810–900, along with full room and board, is offered for the summer season.

Alpadia Language Schools from Kaplan International Languages offers all-year round schools in Montreux, Berlin, Freiburg and Lyon, teaching French and German. Alpadia also provides English, French and German summer courses for juniors and teens in Europe and North America. Assistant Camp Manager

The Assistant Camp Manager is expected to collaborate with the Camp Manager in ensuring the efficient management and smooth running of the camp. Through working closely with the Camp Manager in supervising teaching and activity staff, the Assistant Camp Manager shares the responsibility for meeting Alpadia’s ambition of an enjoyable and developing camp experience for all students, in an atmosphere that is both respectful, inspiring and safe. The Assistant Camp Manager is directly responsible for supervising activities and excursions programme and managing the Activity Leader team, creating activity schedules, managing risks, corresponding with external activity partners, and more.

• Driver’s License, and ability to drive a minivan.
