As an IT specialist for system integration (m/f/d), you will be the point of contact for our international customers and responsible for supporting customer servers. During your training, you will be introduced to your tasks step by step and can take advantage of training courses to further deepen your experience. During the 3-year training program, you will learn about exciting activities in a data center related to IT infrastructure as part of our training rotation.

Your responsibilities:

• Provisioning and networking customer servers based on state-of-the-art hardware
• Analyzing and troubleshooting hardware and network problems
• Accepting and processing customer orders by phone and ticket system in German and English
• Expanding, monitoring, and maintaining our modern cloud platform

What impresses us:

• A good secondary school diploma or (technical) high school diploma
• Good knowledge of mathematics, computer science, and English
• Initial experience with hardware and network technology
• Initial knowledge of Linux is an advantage
• Enjoy working with technology
• Good written and spoken German and English skills
