In einem dynamischen Team lernst du Metallbearbeitung, Messtechnik und Prozessoptimierung kennen und wirst von erfahrenen Mentoren begleitet. Die Ausbildung dauert 3,5 Jahre und eröffnet gute Perspektiven in der Automobilzulieferindustrie.

Qualifikationen

• Auszubildende/r zum Werkzeugmacher/-in mit Schwerpunkt Stanztechnik gesucht.
• Bereitschaft, in einem dynamischen Umfeld Neues zu lernen.
• Gute Auffassungsgabe, Belastbarkeit und Teamgeist.

Aufgaben

• Teile für die Werkzeugherstellung bearbeiten, mit Metallen arbeiten.
• Werkzeuge für Stanzen, Pressen und Formen entwerfen und einbauen.
• Maschinen einrichten, Prozesse verbessern und Lösungen entwickeln.
• Qualitätstests durchführen und kundenspezifische Lösungen entwickeln.
• Ausbildungsdauer 3,5 Jahre.

• We are looking for trainees to become toolmakers specializing in stamping technology (m/f/d) starting on 1 September 2027.
• As a toolmaker, you will process components for our toolmaking department, work with metals and other materials, and manufacture tools of all kinds.
• Designing and building individual parts for e.g. printing, stamping, pressing and forming tools, as well as setting up individual tools in machines, creating machine programs and improving processes, are among the daily tasks of a toolmaker.
• In addition, quality tests and the development of individual solutions according to customer requirements are part of the work.
• The regular apprenticeship lasts 3,5 years.
