Zusammenfassung

Constantia Business Services GmbH in Pirkmühle/Pirk sucht eine/n SAP-Kenner/in für das Print & Packaging Umfeld. Sie arbeiten eng mit Fachabteilungen zusammen, treiben Roll-outs vor und harmonisieren Produktionsprozesse.

Sie unterstützen das Projektmanagement bei SAP-Teilprojekten, beraten Endanwender und erstellen Schulungsunterlagen. Deutsch/Englisch-Kommunikation ist erforderlich, Polnisch wünschenswert.

Qualifikationen

• Abgeschlossene dreijährige Ausbildung in BWL oder technischer Richtung.
• Berufserfahrung als Key User oder Endanwender im Produktionsumfeld.
• Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse; Polnisch wünschenswert.
• Gute Kommunikations-, Team- und Lernbereitschaft.
• Gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit MS Office.
• Reisebereitschaft bis 30% der Arbeitszeit ins Ausland.
• Interne Weiterbildung und Einarbeitung möglich.

Aufgaben

• Zusammenarbeit mit Fachabteilungen zur Zielerreichung.
• Roll-out der CF SAP Print & Packaging-Lösung; Harmonisierung von Produktionsprozessen.
• Unterstützung des Projektmanagements bei Planung und Umsetzung von SAP-Teilprojekten.
• Beratung und Support für Endanwender (2nd/3rd Level Support).
• Erstellung von Schulungsunterlagen und Schulungsmaßnahmen in Abstimmung mit Fachabteilungen.
• Qualitätssicherung von Entwicklungen im SAP-ERP-Umfeld durch Tests.

Requirements

• 3-year education in business or techical training
• Professional experience as a key user or end user in the production process environment
• Confident communication in German an English, Polish desirable
• Enjoy communication, teamwork and willingness to learn new things
• Confident handling of MS Office products
• Willingness to travel up to 30% of working hours to international locations
