OPEN MIND Technologies AG seeks a skilled professional to elevate customer experiences in CAD/CAM support. You will deliver technical and sales assistance to customers, partners, and dealers, while showcasing pre-sales expertise and guiding software deployment.

Responsibilities include post-sales training, troubleshooting complex issues, and contributing to revenue growth with market insights. English communication is essential, with international travel possible.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years in Manufacturing roles and/or CNC programming across multiple parts and metals.
• Strong knowledge of CNC machining, CAD/CAM software and GD&T.
• Proficient with MS Office and Salesforce, with good problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Ingenious Troubleshooting, Sales Growth & Collaborative Market Insight

• Resolve complex technical issues while collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders, resulting in client satisfaction and the increase in our resulting revenue.

Your profile

Experience

• At least 3+ years of Manufacturing (machine tool operator, precision mechanic, toolmaker, mechanical engineer) and/or CNC programming experience of multiple parts, materials, and metal removing processes.

Technical skills

• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of CNC machining, CNC control systems, CNC machine tools.
• Knowledge of CAD/CAM software.
• Experience with milling and turning machines (multi-axis preferred).
• Proficient in using and troubleshooting software applications.
• Strong GD&T (Geometric dimensioning and tolerancing) knowledge.
• Excellent computer skills (MS Office Tools, familiarity with Salesforce).

Personal skills

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with customers and other stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
• Strong organizational, time management skills and a good dose of resilience to manage and prioritize multiple support requests and projects/missions.
• Self-motivated individual who demonstrates independence and is highly goal oriented.
• Enthusiasm for innovative technologies and solutions.

• Location: US West
• Valid driving license.
• Flexibility to travel domestically, and travel internationally occasionally.
