Delivery Hero is seeking an Analyst, Planning Excellence (Anaplan) to join the Finance team. You will design and implement Anaplan planning models across all Delivery Hero brands, driving standardized frameworks while respecting brand nuances.

The role collaborates with regional finance teams to ensure accurate driver-based planning aligned with P&L/FCF targets. You will contribute to reporting, strategic planning and capacity building with documentation, trainings, and SME support.

Qualifikationen

• 3–6 years in FP&A or financial planning roles, with multi-entity or multi-brand exposure.
• Hands-on experience deploying/configuring planning tools (Anaplan, OneStream, Pigment, or equivalent).

Job Description

We are on the lookout for an Analyst, Planning Excellence (Anaplan) to join the Finance team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.

Be part of the team ensuring Delivery Hero's financial stability and growth. In the Finance team, you'll provide the insights and analysis that guide our business decisions, helping us meet our financial goals and earn investor confidence. From reporting to strategic planning, your work will have a direct impact on Delivery Hero's ability to innovate, expand, and deliver outstanding experiences to our customers.

In this role, you will work closely with regional finance teams to design and implement Anaplan planning models across all Delivery Hero brands, driving standardised frameworks while respecting distinct operational nuances.

• Steer the design of driver-based planning templates aligned with the company’s P&L and FCF structure.

• Document and analyse P&L and FCF drivers for each Delivery Hero brand, identifying operational, market, and product-specific assumptions.

• Create standardised planning frameworks that accommodate nuances in each Delivery Hero brand's business model while enabling group-level standardisation.

• Identify and document financial reporting gaps that affect Anaplan planning models.

• Build documentation, training materials, and user guides for regional finance teams.

• Serve as the subject matter expert supporting central and regional brands through Anaplan User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and identifying planning process gaps.

Qualifications

Ideally, the experience below has been gained either in a corporate setting or in a mix of Big 4 and corporate environments.

• Professional Experience: 3–6 years in FP&A or financial planning roles, with hands‑on experience in multi‑entity or multi‑brand environments. You have a proven track record of deploying or configuring planning tools (such as Anaplan, OneStream, Pigment, or equivalent).

• P&L & FCF Modelling Expertise: A strong grasp of cost allocation, working capital dynamics, capital expenditure planning, and unit economics. You are experienced in modelling different business segments or geographic regions with distinct operational drivers.

• Multi‑Business Model Acumen: Experience working in complex organisations with multiple revenue streams, business units, or geographies (e.g., marketplace, SaaS, quick commerce, retail); with the ability to quickly grasp and document distinct business model nuances.

• Communication & Stakeholder Management: Ability to translate complex financial and systems concepts for diverse audiences, including regional business teams and central finance leadership. You possess excellent documentation and presentation skills and are comfortable collaborating across time zones and cultures.
