Zusammenfassung

TI is seeking an analog IC design engineering intern to help architect new TI products and bring customers' visions to life. You will define, design, model, implement and document analog circuits, with exposure to high speed data converters.

Responsibilities include circuit architecture exploration, design reviews, transistor-level schematics, and validation across PVT variations. Ideal candidates are pursuing EE/CE degrees with CMOS knowledge and strong communication skills.

Qualifikationen

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or Electrical & Computer Engineering.
• Basic knowledge of CMOS integrated circuit design.

As a analog IC design engineering intern, you'll architect new TI products and make our customers' visions a reality. You'll define, design, model, implement and document analog circuits (ICs). And, you'll have the opportunity to work in the exciting area of high speed data converters.

Some of your responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:

• Understanding of circuit requirements and specification
• Investigation of different circuit architectures with respect to the circuit performance
• Participating in design reviews and creating the necessary design and product documentation
• Creating transistor level schematics with close alignment to layout impact
• Circuit validation in a simulation environment over process, voltage and temperature variation

Minimum requirements:

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or Electrical & Computer Engineering
• Basic knowledge of CMOS integrated circuit design

Preferred qualifications:

• RF knowledge and understanding of transmission line theory is beneficial
• Experience with Cadence environment for analog circuit development
• Knowledge of Verilog-A or VAMS for testbench development
• Ability to establish strong relationships with key stakeholders critical to success, both internally and externally
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to quickly ramp on new systems and processes
• Demonstrated strong interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions
• Ability to take the initiative and drive for results
• Strong time management skills that enable on-time project delivery
