Amazon Deutschland is hiring a Warehouse Team Member in Suelzetal to support daily operations. The role includes receiving and storing goods, picking, packing and shipping orders, and using scanning and printing devices.

This is a full-time, day/night shift position with a strong emphasis on safety and efficiency. Starting pay starts at 15.65€ per hour with a guaranteed adjustment after 12–24 months and an enhanced night rate of 20.34€/h plus a 4.69€/h night bonus.

Amazon Student-Friendly Warehouse Team Member

Starting September 1st, our entry-level wage will increase to €16,28

15.65€ gross per hour for day time shifts
Guaranteed wage adjustment after 12 months (calculated 15.96€/h gross) and 24 months (calculated 17.58€/h gross)

Night Shift

20,34 €/h (gross) including a tax-free night bonus of 4,69 €/h for hours worked between 23:00 and 06:00am (according to the night shift policy).

Shifts

Fixed term full-time position (40.00 h)
Early: 06:00 am - 02:45 pm (Mondays 5:35 am - 3:05pm every 3 weeks - Sunday night shift 7:30pm - 5:30 am)
Late: 03:05 pm - 11:50 pm (every 3 weeks - Sunday night shift 7:30 pm - 5:30 am)

Some of your duties may include

• Receive and stow goods
• Pick, pack and ship orders

You’ll also need to be able to

• Speak basic level of German or English language
• Follow our safety first approach and quality and production standards
• Be comfortable on your feet, as you may need to stand and walk for long periods during your shift, this could be up to/more than 8 hours per shift.
• Lift (products up to 15kg), bend, twist, kneel and crouch
